What is the Prosperity Project?

As Election Day approaches, every candidate says they're for economic development.  But what will they do to help companies here grow and prevent jobs from draining to other states and nations?  How will they create an environment that attracts quality new businesses, jobs and opportunity to Wisconsin?

Wisconsin's Prosperity Project provides Voter's Guides on races for Congress and State Legislature to help you make informed decisions at the polls.

The Wisconsin Prosperity Project represents more than 3,811 Wisconsin companies and our nearly 385,961 employees who want to be informed on the issues that matter before they go to the polls. We are a partnership of leading businesses, The State Chamber, trade associations, and local chambers of commerce that are dedicated to helping our workforce “vote smart” on Election Day.

What does the Wisconsin Prosperity Project do?

1)  Encourages every employee to:

• Register to vote (Go to EZ Vote, upper left corner). 
• Be informed -- Find out who is running in their legislative districts and where these candidates say they stand on issues that affect Wisconsin's business climate and jobs.
• Vote on Election Day.

2)  Offers every company a series of free, turn-key election education 'Tool Kits' that engage their employees  in the elections -- breakroom posters, payroll stuffers, staff meeting talking points, employee newsletter articles, and other attractive materials about voting.

Remember the Prosperity Project is a free, non-partisan, election education service. The Prosperity Project does not endorse candidates.  It does not tell you how to vote.
